About the role

We are looking for a Data Entry Assistant to join our Warehouse team!

The Data Entry Assistant is primarily responsible for ensuring data is accurately entered into various spreadsheets. They will also print labels for inventory functions and prepare envelopes for shipments.  They will work closely with the Office Lead and the Production and Inventory teams.

Responsibilities

• Enter project-related data into various spreadsheets;
• Print labels and ensure accurate and full label inventory;
• Prepare envelopes for shipments;
• Communicate regularly with customers and various internal departments;
• Use multiple applications in our ERP software;
• Maintain physical filing system;
• Support other Distribution functions as needed.

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Team player that promotes a positive and friendly work environment;
• Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• Communicate in a professional and respectful manner;

• Strong work ethic and dependable;
• Demonstrated ability to work well with minimal supervision.
