What will your typical day look like?

Expect every day to be fast-paced and high energy, as you interact with engagement teams from across the country to support their documentation requests. You will draft, format and finalize letters, Audit reports, financial statements and other client documentation. Your MS Office expertise will add value to all deliverables to ensure adherence to Deloitte brand and compliance standards.

About the team

This diverse group of professionals play a pivotal role in the drafting, formatting, and finalization of client deliverables throughout the annual Audit engagement lifecycle. As trusted advisors to Audit engagement teams across Canada, we champion best practices and guidelines to ensure the consistent production of high quality, client deliverables that meet Deloitte brand and compliance standards.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with:

  • Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
  • Previous administrative experience in a professional working environment is considered an asset
  • Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset
  • Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and to prioritize workload
  • Understanding of confidentiality, discretion and professional conduct in all aspects of the role
  • Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a virtual team
  • Flexibility to meet coverage requirements that could start as early as 8:00 a.m. and finish as late as 6:00 p.m. Overtime may be required in peak periods.
