\nThe experience. 10+ years' experience with transformational program execution, as it relates to digitization in insurance programs and progressive digital insurance product distribution, bringing a forward-thinking approach to reshaping customer interactions and experience.

Deep and insightful understanding of how to use data and analytics to tailor offerings and communications across channels, providing exceptional experience for clients and customers/members. The expertise in using digital tools to gather insights and provide tailored offerings, and the ability to navigate digital ecosystems and exceptional partner collaboration.

\nThe drive. Ability to focus on creating intuitive, user-friendly digital-based experience that simplifies processes, reduces friction, and enhances engagement, and continuously gather and act on customer feedback to refine digital products and services. Adaptability and resilience are a requirement. Be prepared to adapt program plans in response to changing circumstances or unexpected challenges, and building resilience into the program by ensuring the team is equipped to handle setbacks and changes is critical.
