RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative task for the office

- Take charge of the reception, mail management and telephone reception;

- Manage appointments and the agenda

- Scanning of documents (office payables)

- Provide administrative support to management and team members;

 

- Invoicing to clients and managment of AR

- Perform data entry, document filing, archiving and scanning of documents;

- Order office supplies;

Payroll administration

  • Prepare and produce payroll using Employer D / Simple Construc software
  • Perform government remittances (DAS, CCQ, TPS TVQ, parity committee)
  • Produce legal documents relating to employees (T4, T4A, T2200, record of employment)
  • Follow up on files with government authorities
  • Collaborate on different tasks in order to support the team
