The incumbent is responsible for planning and organizing various day-to-day administrative tasks and providing support to members of the Human Resources team. Among other things, he or she will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as monitoring audits, returning calls to government agencies, preparing letters and presentations and entering and retrieving data from different databases. The assistant will also have to file and print relevant documents. He or she will also be responsible for preparing shipments.
