Your opportunity

Our downtown Montreal office is looking for an Administrative Assistant to own the following responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Partners and professionals.
  • Prepare, support and finalize partners and team billing, and prepare expense reports.
  • Type letters, reports and other documents from drafts, including correcting grammar, spelling and punctuation.
  • Organize meetings, conferences and appointments with clients, order catering, as needed.
  • Support the team in preparing documentation for clients.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the department's activities, including research, special event coordination and updating documents.

Your experience and education

  • You have three to five years of experience in secretarial work.
  • You have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communications skills in both French and English.
  • You have a professional attitude at all times, focused on internal and external client service.
  • You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work.
