Pursue an exciting career in an industry in the midst of transformation

Under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a key role on a daily basis for this person.

  • Plan, organize and coordinate meetings on a daily basis, within short deadlines;
  • Manage a high volume of emails;
  • Plan punctual travels by taking care of logistics (i.e. hotel, transfer, car rental, reservation, caterers, etc.);
  • Assure preparation of various documents, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring the quality of the language and the visual presentation;
  • Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Carry out the various administrative tasks related to internal management in accordance with established processes (such as expense reports, billing validation tracking, budget monitoring, etc.);
  • Ensure that you obtain the required signatures in the various approval processes that require them;
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other administrative and executive assistants to foster good communication, contribute to joint projects, etc.

The know-how of success!

  • At least 5 years experience in executive administrative support;
  • Excellent command of written English and French, particularly for business writing; you will be required to write and/or revise documentation in relation to the activities of our international offices;
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
  • Proven communication skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy;
  • Thoroughness, rigour and a results-oriented attitude;
  • Efficiency in handling several files at the same time, excellent time management and priority setting;
  • High degree of autonomy and ability to work under pressure;
  • Sense of collaboration and teamwork.
