We are currently looking for a specialized clerk.


More specifically, you will have to:

  • Issue and track new cards including annual renewal and cards of GPC's Canadian subsidiaries and canceled, stolen, lost and defective cards;
  • Perform on a weekly basis, tracking outstanding cards with the employee database;
  • Update the vendor database
  • Act as a resource person for users;
  • Answering questions (phone, fax, e-mail and others) from cardholders and employees in different departments;
  • Manage and follow up on card issues (limit per transaction, monthly and other) rejected transactions, fraud;
  • Prepare and track various daily, weekly and monthly reports including performance reports;
  • Provide support to the Accounts Payable Account Manager as well as data entry and other related tasks.


  • Diploma of professional or collegial studies in administration or accounting;
  • Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in a corporate field;
  • Excellent command of the Office Suite, especially Excel;
  • Be able to communicate, demonstrate good management of priorities, have a fairly developed analytical mind, be precise in the processing of data;
  • Bilingualism (English and French) essential;
