As Documentation Attendant at L3 MAS you will: Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, Quality Management, the Documentation Clerk is responsible for:
Creating notifications for the writing of Non-conformance reports (DRED);
Follow the schedule, print the operation books and assemble the binders for delivery to the aircraft technicians:
Order drawings, VAPs, REOs, etc. to be printed and inserted in the operations books;
Validate the technicians’ entries in SAP, validate the conformity of the stamps in the binders before releasing the documentation to the authorities;
Perform all other related tasks.
High school diploma required;
1–2 years of work experience in an office environment or equivalent;
Experience with software such as SAP, Excel and Word;
Experience in processing aeronautical documentation is an asset;
Bilingual both written and oral (high level);
Ability to enter data accurately;
Ability to establish good working relationships with employees and supervisors;
Ability to work efficiently;
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks effectively;
Ability to work both as a team member and individually in a collaborative environment.
Must be eligible for registration to the Controlled Goods Program;
Must be eligible to obtaining and maintaining the government of Canada’s “Reliability” status and Level 2 (Secret) security clearance;
Location not accessible via public transportation, car required.
