As an Administration Analyst, Mobile Phone Services, you contribute to IT efficiency by designing, configuring, administering, maintaining, upgrading and ensuring the quality of management systems for the IT inventory.
Your role involves analyzing and helping diagnose problems and situations related to deliveries and deployments, as well as quality control and assurance. You provide advice in accordance with the rules of your discipline for the development of recommendations and appropriate implementation plans. You develop and optimize tools, work methods and work processes. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work.
You offer ideas. You help solve problems through analysis and by drawing on your comprehensive knowledge of the business. You leverage your ability to manage complex situations. You are required to interact with stakeholders working in complementary technology-related fields.
You provide professional support in your field of expertise to your unit, dedicated clientele and partners.
More specifically, you analyze data related to the management and invoicing of smartphones in the IT inventory, to ensure compliance. You interact with our external suppliers (Bell Mobility, Telus) and ensure inventory integrity as well as follow-ups involving disputes, credits and the application of penalties. In addition, you manage our data plans, use of lines and materials through in-depth analysis of the inventory in line with our supplier agreements.

A minimum of two years of relevant experience
Experience managing service contracts (an asset)
