illustrate Inc a leading provider of software solutions for the life insurance and financial services industry  located at 10 Four Seasons Place, Toronto Ontario urgently require an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to assume various responsibilities covering a wide range of duties in a small business environment.

Job Duties of this position include:

  • Coordinate general office operations & provide general office support as required;
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures and assume various accounting related duties as assigned;
  • Work with the Professional Services team to assist in system testing, project management and quality control;
  • Collect and analyze data and create reports;
  • Work with Sales & Marketing in conducting research, developing toos to drive lead generation and customer acquisition;
  • Maintain financial, employee and client records;

Required skills:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communications;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software;
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Knowledge and skills of accounting practices and procedures;
  • Knowledge of computer applications and programs;
  • Strong work ethics, self starter, ability to adapt to constantly changing environment;
  • An understanding of task-tracking and project management  an asset;

Experience: 2-3 years general business experience; Experience  and training in financial services/insurance will be an asset;

Education: Completion of secondary schooling; Diploma or degree in business administration will be an asset;

Job Type : This is a Permanent, full time position

Salary: $ 24 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours per week; Overtime applies after 44 hours.
