We are currently recruiting for a Sr. Administrative Assistant to work with the Office of the Vice-President Research and Innovation for this exciting opportunity.

Do you possess exceptional Customer Service abilities including superior communication skills, tact and diplomacy as well as coordination and scheduling expertise? In this role, you will provide assistance to the Associate Vice-Presidents Research in support of their roles, ensuring the functions of the AVPRs office are organized efficiently. Ensures effective communication between AVPs Research and the Vice-President Research & Innovation, external stakeholders and internal departments. You will act as a point of contact on behalf of AVPs Research. The incumbent is Secretary to the Council of Research Directors and Associate Deans Research group chaired by the AVPs Research. Coordinates ORU Director Search process for the Office of the VPRI.
