Primary Objectives:
The Administrative Supervisor enjoys working with and organizing data, and reports, as well as leading, mentoring, and overseeing the daily activities of a team of 4 to 6 Administrative Coordinators who are responsible for data entry, proof-reading of reports, and processing of work orders. The Administrative Supervisor coordinates with internal colleagues and external stakeholders, delegates team tasks, runs and reviews reports, completes data entry and tracking for work order processing, and provides administrative
support within the broader department in downtown Toronto. The Administrative Coordinator takes joy in performing their work with accuracy, in a timely, efficient, and professional manner, and being an important contributor towards the overall department’s success.

• College Diploma or University Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in leading teams.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel; advanced level in Excel functions is a strong asset.
• Possess excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Previous experience with data entry, analyzing data; error management for invoicing & reporting purposes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
