We are looking for a professional Store Administrator who is dedicated to supporting their team and our clients.  You play the most important role behind the scenes, ensuring all administrative duties are performed accurately and, in a time-sensitive manner.  Highly organized, detail-oriented and proficient in data management you are the foundation for the store’s back-office operations. This position supports the store team by processing transactions and repairs, shipping and receiving of merchandise and partnering with the sales professionals to ensure a memorable experience for all clients.


  • Welcome clients to the store
  • Provide personalized and sincere service at every touch point – phone, email and in-person
  • Act as a liaison between on our clients and our sales associates
  • Support the sales associates in preparing for viewing appointments, collecting payment, and packaging purchases
  • Assist clients with non-sales transactions
  • Maintain the visual appearance of the showroom and work areas, including cleaning and tagging merchandise
  • Complete administrative tasks, including transfers, shipping in/out, filing
  • Support the online sales team with packaging and quality assurance
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our jewellery and timepiece collections
  • Champion official Inventory Counts
  • All other duties as assigned

Professional Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in an administrative role
  • Minimum two years retail sales; luxury retail or jewelry experience is preferred
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks as necessary
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Visual merchandising experience would be an asset
  • Professional appearance, positive and proactive attitude, and a genuine hospitable demeanour
