Your every day with us:

As the “go to”, you will provide support to the Senior Leaders in our Ontario office. You will play an important role in managing the multiple and complex relationships between senior leaders and outside stakeholders, including the management of confidential and sensitive information.

You are a “go getter”. You will leverage your strengths to optimize the operational efficiency and have the opportunity to work along side an innovative and passionate team who believe in our core values.

Our Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support by managing the logistics of calendars, schedules, organizing meetings, travel arrangements; and responding to incoming routine correspondence, inquiries and phone calls; they manage multiple task and issues, they collaborate with other support resources and stakeholders and administer responsibilities including the preparation and coordination of documentation for meetings. It’s face paced but your team makes it a fun place to be. They have memories like elephants, supernatural intuition and exceptional professional demeanour.

What you need to succeed:

  • You actually like helping people – this is non-negotiable;
  • You are a good communicator – you are clear, concise and friendly but know how to communicate to different audiences
  • You have earned a post-secondary diploma or degree and/or relevant working experience in administration or communication
  • You are a problem-solving master, you understand client needs and learn quickly how to get the best results in any environment
  • You bring a positive attitude to everything you do; you are reliable and your team can count on you
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
  • You have a demonstration high degree of functional and technical skills.
