The opportunity:
The Confidential Assistant is part of the senior management team of the Faculty of Social Work, providing executive support to the Dean of Social Work, as well as ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the general office and the efficient use of human resources. This person will act as a receptionist to the Dean by receiving visitors, scheduling appointments, and communicating effectively with students, the public, agencies, and University staff. This position is responsible for coordinating numerous complex Faculty processes including but not limited to faculty searches, tenure and promotion cases and study leaves
