We are looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to work with us in our Vancouver office. This position is a one year
contract to cover a maternity leave. If you are sociable, organized, enthusiastic, self-motivated, with a positive attitude,

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Principal, and working closely with the entire team at Elemental Energy, the Administrator is
responsible for:

  • Greeting visitors at reception, receiving phone calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, maintain office equipment in good shape, coordinate the booking of boardrooms, planning office events and communicating with building management
  • Travel planning
  • Preparation of expense reports and help1ng with projects and organization
  • Coordinate and make arrangements for on-site and off-site meetings and events including logistics
  • Assist the CEO with personal matters
  • Other duties as required

Skill Requirements:

  • 2 years related experience in an administrative role/environment preferred
  • A certificate or diploma would be an asset
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task and meet multiple and/or unexpected deadlines
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Sense of humour
